Περιγραφή θέσης
1. Back Office Support
Contact with customers (telephone, e-mail, correspondence)
Detection and identification of customer requirements
Clarification and coordination of customer requests
Processing of offers / orders
2. Accounting Assistant
Back office support for the local organization and support to accounting department.
Activities may include:
• attending department meetings
• assisting a colleague with relevant tasks
• organizing part of a training course, workshop or lecture
• handling of organizational topics related to travel organization
• back office support
• telephone support for invoices, credits, etc
